Packet of floured Tortillas
Grated Cheese (Monetary Jack)
Pre heat oven to gas mark 5
Cut each Tortilla into 6 or 8 triangles
Place on baking tray (I always line mine with tin foil) and sprinkle with cheese and then put in oven for 20 minutes or until golden. Great with avacado salsa or chilli
