Mango Salsa Recipe

1 Ripe Mango
2 Tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion
Fresh Coriander
1 Lime
I Chilli
1 Clove Garlic
Salt
Pepper

Peel and seed the Mango and chop flesh into small cubes.
Dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the red onion.
Chop the coriander. Deseed and finely chop the chilli.
Peel and crush the garlic
Combine ingredients and squeeze over lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
