4 chicken breasts cut in to cubes
3 tbsp oil or ghee
6 cardamom pods
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 sliced onions
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
6 tbsp water
10 tomatoes chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Heat the oil in a pre heated wok, add the cardamom and cumin seeds, fry until soft
Stir in the onions and garlic and fry until golden brown
Add the chicken and stir cook for 5-6 minutes
Stir in the chilli powder, garam masala, water and tomatoes
Bring to the boil, then turn the heat down and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked
Add salt to taste
Stir in coriander and serve
