2 Lamb Steaks
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Ground Coriander
1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper
Cut the Lamb into cubes and put into an airtight container. Peel and crush the garlic and add to the container along with the paprika, coriander, salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the container. Put the lid on the container and shake well then place in the fridge to for a few hours – I leave it overnight but 2 hours will do.
Preheat the grill on the highest setting. If using wooden skewers soak them in water. Put the cubes pf lamb onto the skewers. Grill for 20/25 minutes until the meat is golden on all sides. Great served with pitta bread and sliced cabbage.
