4 Chicken breasts
6 Crushed cloves of garlic
2 Lemons
Salt & Pepper
Score the top of each chicken breast, be careful not cut to deep.
Cut the lemon’s in half and squeeze the juice over the chicken trying to get as much of the juice in to the cuts. Rub the crushed garlic into the chicken. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 200c or Gas 6.
